Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant (KLO OFFICE)

Job Responsibilities :

Administrative functions such as stationery administration, preparation of letters, communications, coordination of mails and phone calls.
Receive all incoming calls and convey these to the appropriate individuals.
Maintain a polite manner to give good image when attending incoming/outgoing calls and receive visitors.
Updating Company telephone extension list on monthly basis.
To prepare Payment Request on matters related to settlement of Company rental, utilities (TNB/Building Mgt/ Syabas/IWK) and courier/postal services.
Stationery monitoring, order, maintain distribution records and inventory.
To involve with Interview (Preparing forms and documents for interview arrangement).

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Degree in related field or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experienced but we also encourage fresh graduates to apply.
Able to start immediately is added advantage
Good communication & writing skill in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Computer literate for both words & excel.
Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, discipline, committed to work and “pleasant character”.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Senior Project Engineer (PREFEBLY SABAHAN)

Job Responsibilities :

Planning and coordinating project management tasks.
Steward project implementation and resolve issues timely.
Shall be responsible for onshore fabrication and offshore execution in accordance with the COMPANY’s Procedures and Guidelines.
Shall be responsible to implement HSSE Plan and PQA Plan.

Job Requirement :

Planning, coordinating and executing oil and gas projects.
Engineering Degree
Shall have a proven record in project management and contract management.
Relevant experience in offshore topside maintenance and Brownfield for Topside Facilities.
Familiar with ASME, design codes and standards, oil and gas industry construction practices.
Familiar with HSSE and Quality management of work sites in oil and gas industry preferred.
Member of BEM is preferred
Committed in HSSE and demonstrate leadership.
Conversant with Malaysian statutory regulations.
Conversant with COMPANY’s specifications, codes and procedures.
Have good knowledge in construction methodology and hazards, workpack and job card system.
