- Manage large volume of customer calls.
- Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Determine opportunities for new sales.

- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the English and native language.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
- Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, advertising or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Fast learner and has a passion for sales.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
