Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
Compiling and Filing projects documents.
Preparing documents for meetings and business trips.
Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
Finding ways to improve administrative processes.

Job Requirements::
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate in Office/Business Administration or related.
1 to 2 years of working experienced is preferrable especially involved in projects documentation preparation matters.

Good communication & writing skill in both English & Bahasa Melayu.

SENIOR MANAGER – GROUP PROCUREMENT(KL HQ OFFICE)
Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the procurement team in the implementation of appropriate procurement process of all project materials, project consumables items, supplies, services and equipment for the Group.
To establish efficient monitoring system for all procurement exercise and to ensure awareness and understanding of standard purchasing agreements to the team.
To ensure timely delivery of all materials and services at an optimum balance between cost, quality, delivery and services.
To manage, revise, improve and coordinate the Group Procurement Plan.
To manage, coordinate and update standard bidder list.
To develop and maintain sound and professional vendor relationship.
Responsible for technical & commercial evaluation.
To manage, maintain and update all price agreement by carrying out regular monitoring of prices and price agreements.
To guide and lead the team in exercising and to achieve high integrity level within the Group Procurement team and all vendors.
Provide monthly reports detailing key events and status of procurement matters to the Management.
Establishing KPIs for the department and staff.
Job Requirements::
Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Possess at least 10 years experience in oil & gas industry with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in procurement of offshore construction, hook-up & commissioning material & equipment and marine vessel equipment.
Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and have a strong knowledge in SQL system.
Proven ability to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
Experienced and knowledge of ERP systems will be an additional advantage.
Strong negotiations and communication skills especially with the highest level of customer and supplier.

Responsibilities:
Compilation of project budget prepared by Project Manager for budget monitoring.
• Assisting in controlling and follow up on project cost creation in the accounting system.
• Check and verify the time sheet and computation of project personel provided by project team.
• Monitoring and maintain the project budjet -
a) Updating of project cost based on cost based on Purchase order(PO) issuance, Good
Received Note (GRN), staff/workers payroll sheet, expense claim etc.
b) Updating of revenue claimed/received based billing/receipt from client.
• To produce closed-up report upon project completion.
• Preparation of project cost summary report and payment reconciliation for sub-contractor/vendor payment.
• To work together with AP team for GRN / petty cash circulation and follow up status.
• Establish proper filling record, documentation & report.
• To accept any other job responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• Full adherence to the Operating Procedure, conduct, guidelines and policies issued by the company.

PROJECT MANAGER (Teluk Kalung Yard, KEMAMAN) : Close Date 10/7/2023
Responsibilities:
Shall be thoroughly conversant with structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrument maintenance/projects at offshore platforms and onshore terminals.
Able to manage the overall execution of project works which involve plan, organize, direct and delegate the works to ensure that all project requirements and objectives including schedule, cost, quality and safety are fulfilled.
Must be able to manage interfaces between various project phases including engineering design, procurement, fabrication and construction, load out and sea fastening and hook-up and commissioning.
Familiar with HSE safety and quality requirements
Shall be responsible for the scope of work defined in the CONTRACT. He shall be skilful and knowledgeable in contract management. He shall liaise with the CLIENT on all matters pertaining to the contract and shall ensure that the work is done in the most effective and safe manner.
Shall be conversant with CLIENT emergency response, incident investigation procedures. His duties shall also include making frequent visits to offshore worksites and minor fabrication yard to ensure that operations are carried out in the safe & timely manner. He shall be able to represents company to lead incident investigations at worksites.
Required to attend any scheduled and adhoc meeting with CLIENT
Should familiar with project budgeting preparation and control in ensuring the project executed within the budgeted cost
Shall be fully responsible for the overall project performance and provide consistent project status reporting to company higher management
Job Requirements::
Possess Degree in Engineering and have at least ten (10) years of working experience in oil & gas and have served 5 years in this position.
Preferably experience in hook-up and commissioning (HNC) off-shore platforms and Topside Major Maintenance (TMM) project.
Shall have working knowledge in using Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 or equivalent
Strong leadership and communication skills especially with the superior, subordinates and CLIENTS.
Highly aggressive, meticulous to detail, positive and discipline candidate with proven ability to liaise with Clients.
Shall be able to communicate in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English language

PLANNER (Teluk Kalung Yard, KEMAMAN) : Close Date 25/06/2023
Responsibilities:
Report directly to Project Manager.
• Develop and assisting in planning and scheduling the project timelines and milestones.
• Perform scheduling activities (into logical network) from the jobcards developed by the workpack team and must be conversant with use of application software for scheduling example MS Project and etc.
• Able to track actual progress of work at sites and advise necessary changes in planning if necessary.
• Responsible for CMS updating at the project Level.
Job Requirements::
Minimum experienced of 5 years in oil & gas industry with minimum of 3 years as in a similar position or equivalent.
• Minimum Diploma /Degree holder in any Engineering Discipline or equivalent from University or any Professional Bodies.
• Possesses working knowledge of offshore oil and gas activities.
• Knowledgeable using software such as MS Project and P6.
• Candidate should be able to develop overall planning package including schedule and progress monitoring package.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
