 Responsible for preparation and development of job card and work-pack.
 Perform Material Take-Off.
 Implementation of the job-card activities at site.
 Tracking of job card actual activities against planned progress and advice to planner engineer.
 Advice any changes of progress and schedules to lead project Engineer /Client (if necessary).
 Tracking and maintaining of materials, manpower and equipment as per job cards.
 Tracking of any site changes and responsible for redline changes.
 To prepare change order proposal.
 Preparation of any variation order claims with full detail work-scope and relevant document of job completion.
 E & I Engineer will report to the Lead Project Engineer and to Project Manager for issues concerned.
 The personnel shall be knowledgeable and experiences in the installation, hookup, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment including power generation, HV & LV switchgears, MCC, transformers, motors, heaters and must be able to prepare jobcards / workpack and perform field work during HUC execution.

 Minimum experienced of 8 years in oil & gas with 3 years in position.
 Minimum Bachelor /Degree holder in any Engineering Discipline or equivalent from University or any Professional Bodies.
 Possesses working knowledge of offshore oil and gas production processes
 Candidate should be able to develop overall planning package including schedule and progress monitoring package
 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
 Computer literate, MS Word, Excel and experiences in operating planning and scheduling software e.g. MS Project/Primavera P6 would be an advantage.
 Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
 Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated, charismatic, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.

 Responsible to the General Managers (GM) on all secretarial, project, and confidential record keeping duties.
 Coordinate meetings
 Manage meeting schedule
 Plan/arrange/coordinate travelling/ flight booking/ schedule and other admin matters related to project requirement.
 To receive incoming call for General Manager in timely management of all communication (written, telephone, e-mail and voice mail) and monitoring follow-up with all distribution that require response and written replies.
 Ensure all project correspondences are properly filed for ease of retrieval at desired times
 Manage submission of requests (in and out)

 Candidate must possess at least Diploma with any Professional Bodies in Secretarial Duties and other Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma will be an additional advantage.
 Preferably female candidate with minimum of 1 year experience in secretarial duty with positive attitude and pleasant personality.
 Organized, systematic, responsible, punctual and independent.
 Dedicated and meticulous to detail on all paper assignment, correspondence and documentation
 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written
 PC literate with good knowledge of MS word, excel and others.
 Proactive, independent and willing to work long hours when required.
