Accounts Executive / Officer

Responsibilities:
 Preparation and Maintenance of Accounts which includes journals, postings, reconciliations & analysis of financial statements to ensure proper recording and in-compliance with the accounting standards;
 To guide and support the accounts payable team and resolve any issues pertaining to accounts payable and ensure liabilities are properly accrued for on timely;
 To guide and support the accounts receivable team and resolve any issues pertaining to accounts receivable and ensure timely billings to client;
 To responsible for timely closing of subsidiaries account assigned;
 Reconciliation of inter-company transactions, FA, creditors and debtor account;
 Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, accruals of revenue and costs.
 Assist in preparation of annual budget and analyzing the financial data for analysis;
 To ensure all accounting processes are in compliance to the company’s SOP's;
 To involve in the implementation of internal controls and process improvements;
 To assist in any other task as and when assigned by the Management;
 Liaise with external parties such as auditor, banker, company secretary and tax Agent;
 To involve in the financial year-end audit exercise and preparation of audited Financial Report.

Requirements:
 Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy or equivalent;
 At least four (4) years of working experience in oil & gas or construction industries;
 Proficient in both oral & written in English.
 Good interpersonal & analytical skill.
 A team player, with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

Radio Operator(Freelance)

Responsibilities:
 Monitor all radio frequencies as required by responding to radio and telephone calls, transmit relays messages to and between platforms and any other station to establish and ensure smooth communications.
 Operate radio and any other communication equipments required to maintain contact with supply vessels, platforms, tanker, helicopter, drilling rig, standby vessel and land based station to ensure updated information is captured and well communicated to all parties.
 Maintain appropriate logs as required by PETRONAS Carigali and MALAYSIA regulation rules relating to the use of all communication equipment and other related operations on the work location to ensure compliance with the requirements and correct information is being kept.
 Maintain record of all personnel on board platform as to name, affiliation, title and locations at all the times to ensure correct and up to date data is being kept.
 Monitor radio frequency of air borne helicopters by tracking and assigning personnel, deliver mail and equipment on the platforms to avoid delay in the delivery.
 Communicate with pilot on helideck status, wind direction and weather condition during chopper landing and takeoff to ensure safe arrival and departure of crew and visitors.
 Perform routine cleaning and servicing checks of all communication equipment including standard troubleshooting checks and make report to System Group if necessary to ensure that all communication equipments are in good condition.
 Execute the Emergency Response Plan during emergency situation to ensure it is handled in appropriate manner in line with the company's regulation and procedure.

Requirements:
 Diploma or
 SPM/SPMV or equivalent with three (3) years related experience as Radio Operator.
 Certification on Radio Operator Course from Malaysia Aviation Academy (MAVA) or ALAM or equivalent.
 Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English.
 Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
 Valid Helideck Radio Operator Training (HRO) certificate.

Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
 Administrative functions such as preparation of contract files, stationery administration, preparation of letters, communications, coordination of mails and phone calls.
 Receive all incoming calls and convey these to the appropriate individuals.
 Maintain a polite manner to give good image when attending incoming/outgoing calls and receive visitors.
 Updating Company telephone extension list on monthly basis.
 To prepare PR on matters related to settlement of Company rental, utilities (TNB/Building Mgt) and courier services.
 Stationery monitoring, order, maintained distribution records and inventory.
 Arrange Interview (Preparing forms and documents for the interview arrangement).

Requirements:
 Women candidate possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in related fields.
 At least 1 year working experienced or we accept & encourage fresh graduates to apply.
 Speak fluent and good writing skill in English & Bahasa Melayu.
 Computer literate.
 Good communication skill both in English and Bahasa.
 Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude with great discipline and pleasant character.
 Full-Time position(s) available.
 Salary Range RM1400 – RM1600 (based on experienced).

Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:
 To lead and manage the procurement team in the implementation of appropriate procurement process of all project materials, project consumables items, supplies, services and equipment for the Company.
 To establish efficient monitoring system for all procurement exercise and to ensure awareness and understanding of standard purchasing agreements to the team.
 To ensure timely delivery of all materials and services at an optimum balance between cost, quality, delivery and services.
 To manage, revise, improve and coordinate Company Procurement Plan.
 To manage, coordinate and update standard bidder list.
 To develop and maintain sound and professional vendor relationship.
 Responsible for technical & commercial evaluation.
 To manage, maintain and update all price agreement by carrying out regular monitoring of prices and price agreements.
 Provide monthly reports detailing key events and status of procurement matters to the Management.
 Establishing KPIs for the department and staff.

Requirements:
 Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
 Posses at least 8 years experience in oil & gas industry with minimum 5 years supervisory experience in procurement of offshore construction, hook-up & commissioning equipment material.
 Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and have a strong knowledge in SQL system.
 Proven ability to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
 Experienced and knowledge of ERP systems will be an additional advantage.
 Strong negotiations and communication skills especially with the highest level of customer and supplier.

Construction Engineer/Site Planner

Responsibilities:
 Responsible to prepare project progress i.e. daily progress report (DRP) weekly progress report (WRP) and monthly progress report (MRP).
 Brief site team on the schedule & execution plan.
 Record actual progress in monitoring spread sheet & provide interval schedule update.
 Prepare & advise site team on the site mitigation plan or site re-scheduling of activities in order to complete as per overall plan.
 Monitor any new additional scope at site are recorder in written i.e. Field instruction or STQ.
 Prepare input date and supporting document required in order to produce the change order proposal.
 Prepare site minute of meeting (MOM)

Requirements:
 Experience in HUC or TMM.
 Experience in offshore facility and comes from engineering study background.
 Prefer male, 4 -5 years experiences (3 years can be considered).

PROCUREMENT ANALYST/ASSISTANT(3 pax)

Responsibilities:
 Negotiate with vendor and ensure company objective are met. Make recommendation for award.
 Preparation and issuance of Purchased Order and coordinate the expediting function
 Monitor delivery of materials and services to meet internal customer requirement
 Monitor performance of vendor in respective aspect and assess performance of vendor
 Purchasing and sourcing for items and suppliers and negotiate price, payment terms and quality with supplier.
 Carry out competitive sourcing of consumable, hardware, engine spare parts, equipment etc. for company fleet of Offshore Support Vessel.
 Prepare cost analysis for comparison, terms and condition and incorporate evaluation from Technical Superintendent.
 Preparing weekly reports for purchased items and cost involved
 To search for shipping company/transporter/forwarder whenever necessary
 Liaise with warehouse/branch office to ensure the goods are well received and constantly.

Requirements:
 Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Oil & Gas and (Marine/Vessel)
 Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any field.
 Knowledgeable in computer application.
 Proficient in both oral & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
 Good interpersonal, analytical & organizational skill.
 Able to work independently & able to coordinate and direct subordinate.
