Assistant Credit/Cost Controler-Closing Date: 15/02/2023

Responsibilities(Teluk Kalong Yard, Kemaman):
 Issuance of Job Completion Ticket (JCT)/invoice on a timely manner, correct and accurate. Ensuring all relavent supporting document are in order as per client checklist such as Material receiving inspection report (MRIR), Delivery order (DO), Service order (SO), progress report etc prior to submision.
• To coordinate the collection of approved time sheets for manpower, machinery, equipment etc for computation of cost for JCT/billing submission.
• Monitor client system portal to ensure all uploaded documentation such as JCT, invoices etc have been accepted in a timely manner and to immediately rectify the discrepancy, if any,
• Maintain good relationship and contact with clients to ensure effective communication and prompt payment.
• To update GL/AP team on payment received from client and subsequent payment to supplier/contractors.
• Attend internal/external weekly,monthly meeting to raise issues related to invoice and client payment performance.
• Issuance of DN/CN on adjustment of sales invoices.
• Issuance of Statement of Account and performing debtor reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Monitor collection and issues reminders to client where necessary.
• Provide sales accrual to GL team.
• Establish proper filling record, documentation & report.
• Full adherence to the Operating Procedures, conduct, guidelines and policies issued by the Company.

Responsibilities (Kuala Lumpur Office):
 Compilation of project budget prepared by Project Manager for budget monitoring.
• Assisting in controlling and follow up on project cost creation in the accounting system.
• Check and verify the time sheet and computation of project personel provided by project team.
• Monitoring and maintain the project budjet -
a) Updating of project cost based on cost based on Purchase order(PO) issuance, Good Received Note (GRN), staff/workers payroll sheet, expense claim etc.
b) Updating of revenue claimed/received based billing/receipt from client.
• To produce closed-up report upon project completion.
• Preparation of project cost summary report and payment reconciliation for sub-contractor/vendor payment.
• To work together with AP team for GRN / petty cash circulation and follow up status.
• Establish proper filling record, documentation & report.
• To accept any other job responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• Full adherence to the Operating Procedure, conduct, guidelines and policies issued by the company.

Requirements:
• Candidate must posses minimum Diploma in Accountancy/part Professional qualification (ACCA,CIMA) or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years working experience in Oil&Gas industries.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Computer literate, MS Word and Excel.
• Disciplined, proactive, self-motivated, and responsible.
• A team player and with good interpersonal skills.

SENIOR MANAGER – GROUP PROCUREMENT (KL Office) -Closing Date: 15/02/2023

Responsibilities:
 To lead and manage the procurement team in the implementation of appropriate procurement process of all project materials, project consumables items, supplies, services and equipment for the Group.
• To establish efficient monitoring system for all procurement exercise and to ensure awareness and understanding of standard purchasing agreements to the team.
• To ensure timely delivery of all materials and services at an optimum balance between cost, quality, delivery and services.
• To manage, revise, improve and coordinate the Group Procurement Plan.
• To manage, coordinate and update standard bidder list.
• To develop and maintain sound and professional vendor relationship.
• Responsible for technical & commercial evaluation.
• To manage, maintain and update all price agreement by carrying out regular monitoring of prices and price agreements.
• To guide and lead the team in exercising and to achieve high integrity level within the Group Procurement team and all vendors.
• Provide monthly reports detailing key events and status of procurement matters to the Management.
• Establishing KPIs for the department and staff.

Requirements:
• Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess at least 10 years experience in oil & gas industry with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in procurement of offshore construction, hook-up & commissioning material & equipment and marine vessel equipment.
• Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and have a strong knowledge in SQL system.
• Proven ability to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Experienced and knowledge of ERP systems will be an additional advantage.
• Strong negotiations and communication skills especially with the highest level of customer and supplier.

PROJECT ENGINEER (ON-SITE) (TKY-KEMAMAN) -Closing Date: 15/02/2023

Responsibilities:
 Responsible in reporting to Client, Consultant(s), S.O and S.O’s representative(s).
• Organize and delegate the duties of his staff to suit the construction schedule/programme.
• Supervise the permanent work(s) to ensure that it is executed to the correct line and level, and that the materials and workmanship comply with the specification.
• Execute or supervise test(s) carried out at the site, and inspect materials and manufacture at source.
• Issue instruction and drawings to the contractor’s agent.
• Agree departure from the contract document(s) with the Project Manager.
• Draft necessary variation order(s) and delegate to Project Manager.
• Keep a diary constituting a detailed history of the work of the construction and of significant happenings at the site, and submit regular periodic progress reports to the project manager.
• Keep records of inspections, variations, testing and point of contention.
• Where the contractor claims payment for variation work, PE to check with the Contractor and record all relevant circumstances, including the cost of labour and materials, seeking agreement on matters of fact before any question of principle has to be decided by the Project Manager or an Arbitrator.
• Record and check the progress of the work against the schedule/programme.
• Assist in measuring, in agreement with the Contractor’s staff, the quantities of the work executed, and check daywork and other accounts for interim and final payment due to the Contractor.
• Examine methods proposed by the contractor for executing the work(s), and temporary work(s).
• Redesign work(s) to the extent that may be delegated by the Project Manager.
• Record on drawings prepared for the purpose, the actual level and nature of all foundations, the strata encountered in excavation, and full details of any deviation from the working drawings which have been made during the execution of the work.
• Monitor finishing works and ensure architectural drawings are up to specification.
• Keep project manager fully informed on matters which may affect their work, including copies of the relevant site instructions and correspondence.
• Note site instructions and any other relevant directives onto the drawings used in inspection, to ensure that they are taken into account during inspection
• Assume responsibility or assist Architect Clerk of Works, Civil and Structure Clerk of Works and Mechanical and Electrical Clerk of Works where necessary.

Requirements:
• Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in civil construction (building, infrastructure, earthworks, M&E). Experience in factory or fabrication yard development is an added advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor/Degree holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University or learning institute.
• Applicant should also be able to demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge and expertise in construction methods, materials, and processes, as well as technical problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Applicant must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings and design.
• Knowledge in OSHA, building and health and safety regulation is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Computer literate, and able to generate Excel/Microsoft Project reports on a timely manner.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.

Operation Executive -Closing Date: 03/02/2023

Responsibilities:
 Reporting to the Marine Manager
• Responsible for the safe and economical supervision of the operations sections
• Overall responsibility for all aspect of vessels daily operation operated by the Company
• Supporting personnel engaged in vessel operation matters and management functions
• To ensure vessel documentations, supervision of vessel deck/navigation equipment reliability and in good order
• Undertaking onboard inspections liaising with ship-owner and clients
• Monitoring certificate expiry monitoring and implementation
• VDR monitoring, vessels’ requisition finalization, PO/Invoice
• Ensure vessel suit to current project requirements/ rules/ regulations
• To work closely with other peers for any Class recommendation monitoring and close out
• Co-ordinate and monitor progress of the voyages undertaken by the vessels operated by the Company
• To work closely with DPA facilitating of internal audits in the office and onboard as planned
• To work closely with DPA for Annual verification and renewal of DOC by MARDEP
• Providing adequate and suitable training in the Safety Management System for office personnel and crew vessel’s
• Delegate job functions with the appropriate level of authority and responsibility to suitable qualified and experienced personnel for the safe, efficient and economical operation of the vessel in the Company’s fleet
• Shall be responsible for Marine Spread bidding exercise compliance to Contract requirement
• Shall be accountable for the barge moves, coordinate, approve planning and execution on the vessels move
• Shall responsible for compliance of all mandatory rules and regulation of the Marine Spread Work barge and work boat
• Shall organized internal vessel inspections and issue inspection reports upon charterer Pre-Mobilization Inspection
• Shall ensure integrity of the Marine Spread and monitor the performance.
• Shall attend all Marine or project related meeting, discussion and forum.
• Shall participate in charterer lean and core initiatives as well as lesson leant at each campaign

Requirements:
• Possess at least 10 years experienced in Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Possess at least Diploma in Marine Engineering or Nautical studies?
• Good presentation skill on all Marine matters.
• Computer literate in MS Word, Power point and Excel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Contract Engineer -Closing Date: 07/01/2023

Responsibilities:
 Tendering & Proposal
1. Review of ITB documentation for completeness, content, and comprehension of scope of work.
2. Issued Request for Quotation (RFQ) and obtain budgetary costs from vendors.
3. Compile all budgetary quotes from vendors.
4. Coordinate/expedite required Technical / Commercial proposal content with respective company departments. Ensure compliance with ITB requirements.
5. Ensure that any subcontractors/Third Parties are identified and appropriate content is incorporated into Company’s proposal.
6. Prepare Technical Proposal Document and ensure in time submission.
7. Prepare response to Technical Clarification and ensure in time submission.
8. Prepare response to Pre-Qualification and Screening Exercise and ensure in time submission.
 Contract Administration
1. To administer post-award contractual obligation and requirement.
2. Familiarize with Contract requirement.
3. Any other tasks requested by superior.

Requirements:
• Candidate possess a recognized degree in Engineering with 1 to 2 years of working experience in oil & gas and similar position would be added advantage.
• Fresh graduate in Engineering/ Business Study/ Business Admin are welcome to apply.
