PLANNER (Teluk Kalung Yard, KEMAMAN) : Close Date 25/06/2023
Responsibilities:
Report directly to Project Manager.
• Develop and assisting in planning and scheduling the project timelines and milestones.
• Perform scheduling activities (into logical network) from the jobcards developed by the workpack team and must be conversant with use of application software for scheduling example MS Project and etc.
• Able to track actual progress of work at sites and advise necessary changes in planning if necessary.
• Responsible for CMS updating at the project Level.
Job Requirements::
Minimum experienced of 5 years in oil & gas industry with minimum of 3 years as in a similar position or equivalent.
• Minimum Diploma /Degree holder in any Engineering Discipline or equivalent from University or any Professional Bodies.
• Possesses working knowledge of offshore oil and gas activities.
• Knowledgeable using software such as MS Project and P6.
• Candidate should be able to develop overall planning package including schedule and progress monitoring package.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated, charismatic, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.

HSE EXECUTIVE / ENGINEER (KLO) : Close Date 18/05/2023
Responsibilities:
To advise the management/employees on overall Company’s safety and health matters relating to daily and routine operations.
• To liaise with local authorities on safety and health (DOSH) and environmental matters (DOE).
• To ensure that the project requirements on safety is being implemented for a safe operation throughout the project.
• To participate in regular dialogue with the client’s representative on safety and health matters and propose solutions to problems or queries that may arise during the fabrication of onshore construction to the project facilities.
• To conduct regular safety meetings with supervisors and sub-contractors to solve daily operational problems if necessary.
• To conduct relevant safety course and briefings to employees and any sub-contractor’s workforce.
• To conduct pre-mob screening and prepare database for qualified/competent personnel.
• To implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• To manage and conduct HSE campaign and plan and perform site verification and walkabouts during HUC execution.
• To perform the duties as required as a safety coordinator and as directed by management.
• To liaise with client’s safety representative on all safety and health issues.
• To report to Project Manager for all project related matters.
Job Requirements::
Candidate shall possess a recognized degree/diploma in HSE or Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working experience in oil & gas.
• Candidate shall have served for at least three (3) years in a similar capacity or position.
• Preferably to have valid DOSH green book.
• Certification CePSWaM will added advantage.
• Candidate shall be well versed in government regulations and oil & gas industry practices pertaining to health, safety, and environment aspects of work execution.
• The candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in oil & gas fabrication and HUC activity.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

PROJECT ENGINEER (ON-SITE)-Telok Kalong Yard : Close Date 07/05/2023
Responsibilities:
Responsible in reporting to Client, Consultant(s), S.O and S.O’s representative(s).
• Organize and delegate the duties of his staff to suit the construction schedule/programme.
• Supervise the permanent work(s) to ensure that it is executed to the correct line and level, and that the materials and workmanship comply with the specification.
• Execute or supervise test(s) carried out at the site, and inspect materials and manufacture at source.
• Issue instruction and drawings to the contractor’s agent.
• Agree departure from the contract document(s) with the Project Manager.
• Draft necessary variation order(s) and delegate to Project Manager.
• Keep a diary constituting a detailed history of the work of the construction and of significant happenings at the site, and submit regular periodic progress reports to the project manager.
• Keep records of inspections, variations, testing and point of contention.
• Where the contractor claims payment for variation work, PE to check with the Contractor and record all relevant circumstances, including the cost of labour and materials, seeking agreement on matters of fact before any question of principle has to be decided by the Project Manager or an Arbitrator.
• Record and check the progress of the work against the schedule/programme.
• Assist in measuring, in agreement with the Contractor’s staff, the quantities of the work executed, and check daywork and other accounts for interim and final payment due to the Contractor.
• Examine methods proposed by the contractor for executing the work(s), and temporary work(s).
• Redesign work(s) to the extent that may be delegated by the Project Manager.
• Record on drawings prepared for the purpose, the actual level and nature of all foundations, the strata encountered in excavation, and full details of any deviation from the working drawings which have been made during the execution of the work.
• Monitor finishing works and ensure architectural drawings are up to specification.
• Keep project manager fully informed on matters which may affect their work, including copies of the relevant site instructions and correspondence.
• Note site instructions and any other relevant directives onto the drawings used in inspection, to ensure that they are taken into account during inspection.
• Assume responsibility or assist Architect Clerk of Works, Civil and Structure Clerk of Works and Mechanical and Electrical Clerk of Works where necessary.
Job Requirements::
Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in civil construction (building, infrastructure, earthworks, M&E). Experience in factory or fabrication yard development is an added advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor/Degree holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University or learning institute.
• Applicant should also be able to demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge and expertise in construction methods, materials, and processes, as well as technical problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Applicant must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings and design.
• Knowledge in OSHA, building and health and safety regulation is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Computer literate, and able to generate Excel/Microsoft Project reports on a timely manner.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated, charismatic, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.

PROJECT ENGINEER (Trainee)-KL OFFICE & Telok Kalong Yard : Close Date 07/05/2023
Responsibilities:
“Management Trainee” is 2 years program which will provide fresh graduate an avenue to gain working experienced in many areas such as Project, Tender & Contract, Procurement QA&QC and Marine where they will deliver their knowledge, execute task & responsibilities and gaining experience.
• The 2 years program will expose them with multiple working experiences with various Dept. to equip them with Project & Management skill as an Engineer.
• They will remain with the Company after completion the 2 years program and will be parked to various Dept. as Engineer with various field.
Job Requirements::
Fresh Graduate with Bachelor/Degree holder in any engineering discipline (E & I, Chemical, Civil, Petroleum, or equivalent from University or any Professional Bodies.)
• Minimum Academic Result is CGPA 3.2 pointers with excellent result in SPM. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Computer literate, MS Word, Excel and well versed to use operating planning software e.g. MS Project/Primavera or equivalent. Dynamic, positive, proactive, good initiative, self-motivated, charismatic, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
